An Early Morning Ritual

Every morning I have a ritual. At the moment this ritual involves me going through the task list item by item, wondering what items might actually get delivered today. Or tomorrow. or next week. I know that some of the items will be delivered. Others, maybe not. The fun comes with working out which ones are likely to be delivered.

First comes the PCB’s. I have one batch that is really late. It should have been here a couple of weeks back. Maybe today. If not, then later this week. Then there is the PCB’s that I ordered last week that might just be delivered this week, but are more likely to appear next week. This time I chose a different mail carrier, so the performance should be better

Also in the physical books department, I am waiting on a book from Abebooks – Ruby On Rails For Dummies. The book was cheap – so cheap that I am not sure I could have bought postage in Australia for what I paid for the book delivered.

Then there is the software I am waiting on. The list here is quite extensive. There is firmware, server software, plug ins and more, both for Redshift Wireless and more…
